Girls Basketball
Currently we are 12-8 on the season and at the midway point. We just came out of the Sturgeon tournament and came out with the consolation trophy out of a field of strong girls teams. We followed it up with getting a couple more wins against Jamestown, Slater, and Brunswick. We are closing in on the last couple weeks and they will be busy weeks of basketball on the road and at home. So far the girls have done well in competing and growing as a group. Each game I see improvements that I know will pay off for these ladies.
Cheer
Cheer has been going great and the season is going by very quickly. We are spending as much time with our 5 seniors as much as we can, and enjoy it while we have them. We are currently working on perfecting our homecoming routine for the pep rally and homecoming game, and we cannot wait to show it off to the school and our community. Ms. Beeler is very optimistic for the remainder of the season, and she is excited to see where this team goes in the future.
Dance
The dance team is still practicing hard for our next performances! We will be performing during the homecoming pep rally, Pink Night on February 11th, and Senior Night on February 18th. We haven't let the snow or illness get us down yet! Please cheer the ladies on when you see them perform. It is not easy getting out there in front of tons of people. The team has received a lot of compliments from fellow students and parents. I am so proud of how far they have come this year! Go Bulldogs!!.
